Yogilates is a low-impact fitness class that blends the gentle, flowing movements of a yoga class with the focused core exercises of a Pilates class. This class combines flowing yoga poses, deep stretches, and sneaky-tough Pilates moves to help you build strength, balance, and flexibility. You’ll move through stretches, holds, and controlled core-strengthening exercises set to calming, mindful music that helps you stay centred.

What to wear & bring to class
What to wear & bring to class
Wear your regular gym gear, and go barefoot or pop on some grip socks. Bring along a water bottle and sweat towel – we’ll take care of the yoga mats and all other equipment.

Schedule
Join us for a one hour Yogilates class every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm. Come for the stretch, stay for the sweat, leave feeling amazing.

I love how it’s a boutique studio and so, Sam, our instructor, can really correct our poses, and provide almost individualized guidance, etc. I’m really glad we have these classes in Pokeno because I don’t have to travel to Pukekohe. It’s also great that there are now options for day-time classes, for those of us who work from home or just want to do their fitness regime earlier in the day. Sam is an excellent fitness instructor.
