Personal training, in a comfortable, supportive space

Feel anxious at the thought of a big commercial gym? Unsure what to do or worried everyone’s watching? You’re not alone. That’s why I offer private personal training sessions from my welcoming home studio in Pōkeno.

It’s just you and me (or bring a friend if you’d like), working together on your goals in a supportive, pressure-free space. No judgement, no overwhelm – and no men. Just a safe, fun environment where you can focus on you.

We’ll start with a relaxed 20 minute chat in your first session to talk through your goals, any injuries, and to get to know each other. From there, I’ll design one-on-one sessions to build your strength, fitness, and confidence.

And when you’re ready, you’ll have the option to join my friendly small group classes – where you’ll still get personal guidance, plus the motivation and energy of a supportive community.
