BARRE-Fit is a high-energy, low-impact strength class that uses a Ballet barre, weights, and bodyweight resistance to sculpt lean muscles and improve overall fitness. You’ll pulse, tuck, and lift through a series of controlled movements set to upbeat music that keeps you motivated.

What to wear & bring to class

Wear your regular gym gear, and go barefoot or pop on some grip socks. Bring along a water bottle and sweat towel – we’ll take care of the yoga mats and all other equipment.
